Tom graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelors of Exercise Science and Graduate Diploma of Exercise Physiology. Since graduating Tom has been helping others through their rehabilitation, utilising his knowledge and experience to help even the most complex of cases.
Being an avid rugby league player Tom is no stranger to injury. Along with multiple other injuries, Tom was unfortunate to break both legs at the young age of 25. However, from this he developed a strong appreciation for rehabilitation and recognised the importance of providing the right plan to ensure a successful transition back to sport and everyday life.
Tom has a passion towards educating patients on the strength of movement and discovering why exercise is such an integral part of any good rehabilitation program. He uses a wide variety of modalities as he appreciates that one shoe doesn’t fit all. He creates your program to target your weaknesses and turns them into strengths.
